PRE-PURCHASE, RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Tickets may be purchased in advance for all scheduled concerts on the program at the beginning of the season.
Reservations may be made starting from 15 days prior to the date of the individual concerts.
Reserved tickets (at Auditorium di Milano, Banca Cesare Ponti, IAT) must be collected at least 48 hours before the concert. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
Reserved tickets may be paid for in cash or by cheque (48 hours prior to the date of the concert); by bank transfer or by payment into the post office account:

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT VIA INTERNET
Tickets may be purchased on the internet site
paying by credit card and printing out a payment receipt. The tickets may be collected from the Box office on presentation of a photocopy of the payment receipt (up to 30 minutes before the concert begins).
GROUPS
Reductions and special conditions are available for Workers' Welfare Centres, Organised Groups, Cultural Institutions, Libraries and Schools (min. 10 people); in addition, for every 10 tickets one ticket will be offered free of charge. For further information apply to:

ACCESS TO THE CONCERT HALL
Concerts begin exactly on time.
Customers with numbered tickets lose the right to their seat from the moment the first violin takes the stage. Spectators arriving late may not enter the hall before a piece is performed may not return to their seat until the end of the piece.
Audience members who leave the hall before or during a performance will be reamitted until intermission.
The public is not permitted to take the photographs or make recordings of performance during concerts.
