WORK IN PROGRESS
E’ MUSICA NUOVA, OSJ AND MUSIC SCHOOL “VATROSLAV LISINSKI” DI BELGRADO
“A new idea of orchestra for children and kids, for Milan and the whole district, born from collaboration between  laVerdi and  "è Musica Nuova" Association. A funny adventure for children and kids conducted by professional musicians of  laVerdi and  "è Musica Nuova" in order to find out the thousand languages of music.
The strong point of the project is the musical repertoire, selected between famous composers and music created “ad hoc” according to real technical abilities developed during rehearsals.
Three levels of competences allows to develop excellence and professionalism of the participants, no matter the age. The final aim is the realization of a project that can bring an improvement in the audiences of musical and cultural environment dedicated to children and kids, following the example of East Europe Music School, where music is considered a “place” in which children and all young people can share interests and languages.
In this sense last summer the Kids and the Youth Orchestra attended an orchestral formation master in Belgrado, performing at the end a concert in Stankovic Hall, the oldest music school of Belgrado, in the presence of the Italian consul and ambassador. It’s forecasted an Exchange activity with Belgrado Youth Orchestra for a concert in Milan which will have as main characters the young people of the two Orchestra, and other activities are forecasted in order to give knowledge of this important reality both in Italy and abroad” (www.corriere.it; italian version, Bambini, un’orchestra per ogni età)
